"StateFarm's post-sale service is extremely disappointing. This particular agency is unresponsive and slow to address any issues. Their online technology frequently malfunctions, making it difficult to manage my policy. This local agency (Shoop) is unhelpful and often provides vague or no answers at all. Moreover, the agent that assisted me did not properly educate me about my coverages, leaving me confused and unprotected. This lack of clear communication and support is unacceptable. I expected better from a company of StateFarm's stature. I will be submitting a change of agent (eventually, if the website would function or if the corporate office would ever respond) Avoid if possible!"
